This Saturday will mark the 17^th anniversary of the passing of David ‘Rocky’ Rocastle, a milestone that hits me hard every year. Rocky was my boyhood football idol and was a player that inspired many in my generation through his mesmerising ability and pure natural talent alongside his sheer grit, determination and commitment to the Arsenal cause.

Rocky’s most famous quote: ‘Remember who you are, what you are and who you represent,’ has never seemed so apt for a club that seems to have lost its way and is becoming increasingly detached from its supporter base.
